Terms of use

cvone keeps a professional profile of yours and, from it, writes resumes, answers to application forms and cover letters for the jobs you choose. The service is provided by Leandro F. Chaves.

By creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The account is personal: use an email of your own and a password only you know. Tell us at chv.software@gmail.com if someone uses your account without permission.
• You can delete the account whenever you want, in Account and data.

Your documents come from your profile. Give only true facts about yourself, and only what you have the right to use. What you write, and what cvone writes for you, stays yours; you give us only the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service.

Don't add other people's data beyond what a posting already carries.

The documents are written by a language model. cvone checks that every sentence cites an item of your profile and turns what has no source into a question for you, but a model can still get the tone wrong, overstate something or misread a posting. Review every document before you send it: what you send to an employer is your responsibility.

• It doesn't apply, send anything or fill in forms on job sites for you.
• It doesn't guarantee an interview, a hire or any outcome of a hiring process.
• It doesn't read pages behind a login, and a posting can close or change after cvone reads it.

Use cvone for your own job search. You may not:

• try to reach another person's account or data;
• use cvone to make false documents or to pass yourself off as someone else;
• automate its use, overload the service or try to get around its limits;
• use cvone to read or copy sites against their terms.

While cvone is being tested, it is free. When there is a paid plan, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, with its price and how to cancel, and you will need to accept the new terms to go on. Nothing will be charged without that acceptance.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you by email whenever we can. If cvone shuts down, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, so you can download your data.

We do our best to keep cvone running and your data safe, but it can be down for maintenance or a failure. Download the documents you are going to use.

When we change something that alters what you accepted, the app tells you what changed and asks you to accept again before you go on.

These terms follow Brazilian law, including the Consumer Defense Code. Disputes go to the courts where you live.
